This series documents the tireless efforts of volunteers from the Canton Vaud ornithological association as they carefully ring barn owls and their owlets. With their heart-shaped faces and silent flight, owls hold a special place in our imaginations, and this project offers a glimpse into the delicate process of data collection and banding.
